Come to the monthly meeting of the Portland corgi Meetup Group! I hope to provide an opportunity for other corgi owners to get together and share information, as well as give our dogs a chance to play with others who are just their size!

We will be meeting again at Normadale Park in NE Portland, as this site seemed to be convenient for most group members. I know the rains are about to descend upon us, but am hoping you all won't mind getting just a little wet.

    Rigby and Remi Loo- you must have arrived after 10:35? We were there at 10:00 to 10:35 and our boys Gryffin and Stratus were the only Corgis around... we left early because we'd all had enough by then... See you at next meetup! Russ and Tina

    Brittany, there is a fenced off-leash area w side of 57th, past the ball field. You'll hear the barking! Christine, all you need to bring are the corgis, maybe a jug of water if you think they'll need a drink (water turned off for the winter). Pooka & I will see you there!

    • “ Well... although *18* people confirmed, my wife Tina and myself were the ONLY people who showed up! -And we drove all the way from Hillsboro to do so! (Apparently the rest of you need to invest in some good snow tires, heh! :-) As usual, the Portland Boston Terrier Meetup was the same day- they also only had one couple (also w/ 2 dogs) show up. Then some other dog owners showed up and we all had a good time. ”
    • “ Well the weather wasn't the best, but our owner took us to the meet anyway. . . we LOVE the snow. . . so we went. There was us, our Rotti/Lab Harley and our owners Stephanie and Aaron, another Lab and a few others that showed up, but just us two corgis. It was a very cold and windy adventure, but really fun in the snow. We miss all our other corgi friends, but we understand. Stay safe and warm and have the Very Happiest of Holidays! We'll see you next year and the next meet! ”
